Audrey Townsend is the Founder of Locked In! Youth Development Center. Mrs. Townsend attended Charleston Southern University in 2010 and majored in Biochemistry. She planned to discover the cure for an autoimmune disease. Soon after, she was led down a different path and ended up majoring in Psychology. In 2011, she transferred to USC-Aiken and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. From 2014-16, Mrs. Townsend attended Walden University and studied Clinical Psychology specializing in Counseling while working as a Community Support Individual for elementary students. In 2016, the Lord had a different calling for her, and she ended up starting over. She held a series of jobs in sales, tax preparation, management, business, communications, and education. In 2019, Mrs. Townsend became an instructional aide and communications liaison for a middle school in Aiken County. In 2010, she started her journey as a teacher. Mrs. Townsend has taught Special Education for almost 5 years. She has her professional teaching license in Special Education- Emotional Disabilities and Special Education- Multi-Categorical and has completed her Master’s degree in Special Education. Last but not least, she has a chihuahua named London. She is also married to her husband Allen Townsend and they have a beautiful daughter together named Isabelle.
Coletta Bethea a former special education teacher with Charleston County School District has an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology both from Limestone University. She has a passion and a fervor for understanding the intricacies of autism. Committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership at The Citadel to further advocate for inclusive education. She is passionate about tailoring teaching approaches to meet the unique needs of students and creating a positive impact on their learning journey. Coletta brings a wealth of experience as a former HR professional, teacher's aide, ABA therapist to name a few, and a current program coordinator in higher education showcasing a diverse skill set. Coletta knew from early on that she wanted to teach and be an advocate for students and parents alike. Coletta is an author, women’s empowerment speaker, and youth advocate. She’s the founder and owner of The Exceptional Child LLC, academic enhancement program where she specializes in educating todays exceptional children for tomorrow. She’s also the owner Coletta Ranell Co. a company that delivers exceptional services to meet customer demands for birthing books buried deep within. She believes everyone has a story to tell. Coletta is also the founder of I Stand Out Youth Development foundation were serving underrepresented and at youth is her focus. Coletta has two children and two amazing grandchildren. Coletta loves reading and traveling. I’m her spare time you can catch her in the air, by the water or in the mountains admiring God’s amazing creation!

Jamilia Brevard is the founder and owner of Growing On Another Level, LLC (G.O.A.L). Ms.Brevard started her passion of tutoring and helping others grow in 2002. She graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in Kershaw, SC in 2006 with high Honors. After enrolling in the College of Charleston in July 2006, she went on to broaden her horizons and traveled to Peru in 2009 to teach Math and the Bible. In May 2010, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the College of Charleston. Ms. Brevard tutored for companies such as One on One Learning located in Charleston, SC and Aim High Education located in Columbia, SC. During that time she was given another opportunity to spread her knowledge and traveled to Belize March 2012 to teach Math, Reading, Science, and the Bible. Upon returning from Belize, she was selected to become apart of a nationally known organization, AmeriCorps, and worked with third grade students at Clinton Elementary School in Lancaster, SC. She developed a routine of meeting with these students and gained more skills to help them be all they could be to succeed in their work. She was later given the opportunity to work full time at Clinton in 2013 as academic support as well as a reading interventionist. While continuing to give all of the students she came in contact her dedication, she earned her second degree, Masters of Art in Ministry Leadership, in 2015 from Columbia International University. Ms. Brevard tutors numerous students throughout Lancaster, York, Chester counties in South Carolina as well as Union County, North Carolina. Ms. Brevard believes that everyone can learn and be successful in life. Ms. Brevard is currently a Middle School Special Education Teacher in Lancaster County School District.
